Description

  • Lead complex client programmes as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Own programme planning and delivery in line with agreed Statements of Work.
  • Conduct discovery and diagnostic work, then develop recommendations and delivery plans.
  • Lead programme governance, including Programme Boards and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Own programme financials, including resourcing and margin performance.
  • Work with Principal Consultants and Directors on resourcing and delivery planning.
  • Maintain accurate programme data and reporting.
  • Identify and progress follow-on opportunities with existing clients.
  • Contribute to Civiteq’s strategic objectives, methodologies, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading complex programmes in a consulting or delivery environment.
  • Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder and SLT level.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing programme financials.
  • Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Confidence leading teams in challenging delivery environments.
  • Deep experience across the full programme lifecycle, including programme initiation and business case development.
  • Experience with planning, resourcing, and risk management.
  • Experience with agile and/or waterfall delivery approaches.
  • Experience with stakeholder management at senior and executive level.
  • Experience managing change and closing programmes successfully.
  • Experience in public sector transformation and ERP programmes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Clear, credible communication at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Collaborative and values-led approach.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

  • Salary of £40,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Fully remote role with travel to client sites as required.
