Description

  • Design, develop, and implement software applications with attention to scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, maintainability, and coding standards are followed.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain documentation for software design, code, and development processes.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend improvements that benefit the team and projects.
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver solutions iteratively.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Golang and React.
  • Proficiency in test-driven development, automated testing frameworks, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD and containerization.
  • Expertise in database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on iterative development.
  • Previous experience with Java, C#, Python, or TypeScript is preferred.
  • Knowledge of observability practices, including logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana is preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices, including IAM policies and secret management is preferred.
