Description

  • Lead one or more engineering teams of 5+ engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of customer-facing products and SaaS solutions.
  • Guide the team through complex technical challenges and support sound engineering decisions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to set priorities, remove blockers, and keep work on track.
  • Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and transparency within the team and across departments.
  • Develop and present strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality code and reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Mentor, grow, and empower team members while fostering continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, high-performance team culture.
  • Apply DevOps, TDD, and security-by-design practices to improve delivery and product quality.

Requirements

  • Experience managing one or more teams of 5+ engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery processes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience applying DevOps concepts and practices to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to manage priorities and align delivery with business goals.
  • Experience building and maintaining SaaS products with scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Experience with public cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with security by design and SecOps practices.
  • Strong development experience with .NET (C#).
  • Experience with SQL Server.
  • Nice to have: experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD.
  • Nice to have: experience with Playwright, Terraform, Datadog, and Kubernetes.
