Description

  • Architect, develop, and maintain responsive front-end applications using React 18 and modern JavaScript.
  • Design and manage application state with Redux and optimize builds using Vite.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into user experiences.
  • Champion clean code, component-driven design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and code reviews.
  • Mentor team members on front-end development practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on modern front-end technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise with React 18 and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proficiency with Redux or Redux Toolkit for state management.
  • Experience with Vite build tools.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, modern layouts, and styling frameworks.
  • Advanced or fluent written and spoken English for communicating technical concepts with international and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or testing libraries such as Jest and React Testing Library (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
  • Experience working in distributed, multicultural remote environments (preferred).
