Description

  • Lead sensitive-data classification across source-system tables and dimension values.
  • Design and implement dynamic data masking and row-access policies for sensitive financial data by role and business unit.
  • Define raw-versus-curated access tiers and least-privilege access controls across the platform.
  • Design auditable column-level lineage from source systems through data layers, semantic models, and reports.
  • Support master data management to standardize key billing and financial metric definitions.
  • Deliver platform policy objects and versioned classification and lineage documentation in client-controlled repositories.
  • Partner with Security, Privacy, and Compliance stakeholders to obtain design approval and resolve sensitive-data boundary decisions.
  • Support integration of classification and lineage artifacts with enterprise catalog and governance tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise data security and privacy governance roles, including hands-on policy implementation.
  • Hands-on experience implementing data classification, dynamic masking, and row-level security in Snowflake.
  • Experience designing or contributing to column-level lineage across multi-layer data pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of data privacy and access governance in financial accounting, FP&A, or mortgage environments.
  • Ability to lead classification and masking design during a design-validation phase.
  • Fluent English at C1 level for direct client stakeholder engagement and gate reviews.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric/OneLake governance boundaries alongside Snowflake (preferred).
  • Familiarity with limiting AI-assisted development tools to metadata and aggregate access rather than raw sensitive values (preferred).
