Description

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional squad of developers, designers, and business analysts.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, accountability, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day squad activities and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Coach team members and encourage continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Facilitate communication within the squad and with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other squads to resolve dependencies and support successful delivery.
  • Oversee project planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and process improvements.
  • Own the squad’s production release management requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills for close collaboration with international clients.
  • Proven leadership experience in an Agile or Scrum environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire diverse team members.
  • Experience working with varied client stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools and Agile software development practices.
  • Agile or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
