Description

  • Lead software developers, including contributors from multiple vendors, toward shared delivery goals.
  • Facilitate Agile Kanban and Scrum practices, including releases, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure high-quality software delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to requirements.
  • Coach, guide, and support team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to maximize business value and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks affecting delivery timelines, budget, or project success.
  • Build a positive, transparent, and collaborative culture that supports innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, security, CI, and CD.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in software development and as a Scrum Squad Leader or Scrum Master.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Kanban framework.
  • Proven experience leading successful software development projects and delivering quality products on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and risk-management abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Fluent English.
