Description

  • Design the Tier 1 real-time explanation block, including signal types and confidence labels.
  • Architect the Human-in-the-Loop review queues and advisor UI for Layer 6 delivery.
  • Set UI/UX standards for how agent outputs are rendered across experience and product/finance domains.
  • Review squad demos to ensure output quality and explainability meet standards before Shadow Mode promotion.

Requirements

  • Expertise in UX for AI or decision intelligence platforms.
  • Experience designing for complex financial services professional workflows.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture and Explainable AI (XAI) principles.
  • Proficiency in designing structured UI components not generated by LLMs.
  • Empathy for the end user, specifically advisors.
  • Ability to visually tell the story of complex data.
  • Attention to detail regarding regulatory disclosures.
