Description

  • Build an enterprise-grade, serverless, multi-tenant AI platform for operations management and automation.
  • Develop conversational AI interfaces for knowledge retrieval, data analysis, and system mutations.
  • Implement hybrid knowledge base integration and Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateway functionality.
  • Orchestrate agentic skills using the Strands Python framework and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore components.
  • Design and maintain dual-layer security architecture with human-in-the-loop governance for high-impact changes.
  • Ensure tenant isolation, security guardrails, and operational observability across the platform.
  • Support architecture capable of handling 50,000+ daily interactions.
  • Collaborate on AI deployment and greenfield platform implementation for broadcasting operations.

Requirements

  • Experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore components, including Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity, and Observability.
  • Strong Python development experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Strands, LangChain, or similar.
  • Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures such as OpenSearch or Pinecone.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and API gateway integration.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience with agentic SDLC practices, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and HITL workflows.
  • Experience with AWS serverless services such as Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, and CloudWatch.
  • Preferred experience with LLM security and guardrails implementation, including prompt injection prevention and content filtering.
  • Preferred experience with multi-tenancy and identity management in SaaS environments.
  • Preferred experience with intent classification and conversation flow management.
  • Preferred experience with observability and performance monitoring, including distributed tracing and token analytics.
  • Preferred experience with LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation patterns and quality assurance pipelines.
  • Preferred experience with event-driven architectures and real-time telemetry processing.
  • Preferred experience with foundation model selection, fine-tuning, and prompt optimization.
