Description

  • Continue the evolution and maintenance of the infrastructure and architecture for agentic projects.
  • Support the agentic SDLC with a focus on simplicity, performance, and team delivery.
  • Act as the main bridge between technical and business teams, translating needs into SDLC improvements.
  • Develop and maintain agentic workflows integrated with data pipelines and HR systems, enabling end-to-end automations.
  • Automate HR processes while maintaining quality, information security, and LGPD compliance.
  • Plan and execute the AI infrastructure roadmap together with the AI Orchestrator to ensure scalability.

Requirements

  • Solid software development experience using .NET and Angular.
  • Experience with cloud computing, especially GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture, including RESTful APIs and webhooks.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices applied to LLMs (LLMOps).
  • Experience in the current AI ecosystem, where .NET is mandatory.
  • Experience in HR Tech or integrating major market platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Senior, Gupy, or Greenhouse (preferred).
  • Knowledge of People Analytics and bias mitigation techniques in AI algorithms applied to hiring or performance (preferred).
  • Experience in large-scale projects with multiple teams, squads, and distributed governance (preferred).
  • Availability to work from the Campinas metropolitan area office when applicable, according to the current attendance policy.
