Description

  • Provide technical support to the team and help resolve complex delivery challenges.
  • Work with other team leads to develop the technical growth of the team.
  • Participate in the delivery and technical defense of solutions.
  • Support tracking and analysis of technical and business metrics and indicators.
  • Collaborate on business refinements, assessing demand complexity and simplifying solutions based on business value.
  • Lead technical refinement sessions and help shape implementation approaches.
  • Mentor and empower developers on the team.
  • Contribute to the development of cloud-native, DevOps-oriented, microservices-based solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a software architect.
  • Strong background in Java with Spring Boot and CDI.
  • Knowledge of Angular and TypeScript.
  • Experience with cloud-native applications on Azure and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with microservices, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and test automation.
  • Experience with Spock Framework for unit tests or strong JUnit practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and OpenShift.
  • Proactivity and autonomy to solve problems and improve workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and activity management tools.
  • Experience participating in business refinements and technical refinements.
  • Generative AI knowledge is a plus.
  • If residing in the Campinas metropolitan region, on-site presence in the Campinas offices is required under the current attendance policy.
