Description

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve integrations between internal and external systems.
  • Build automated workflows using platforms such as Digibee or APIPASS.
  • Consume, create, and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Develop scripts and automation routines in Python.
  • Create and support pipelines and process orchestration using Apache Airflow.
  • Build routines for data extraction, processing, and integration.
  • Integrate corporate tools such as ServiceNow and Zendesk.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving integrations, APIs, and databases.
  • Map manual processes and propose continuous improvements.
  • Document technical knowledge and share it with the team and other groups.

Requirements

  • Experience as a mid-level developer in automation, integration, or backend.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python.
  • Experience with GitHub and code versioning.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and relational data modeling.
  • Ability to write queries, stored procedures, and optimize queries.
  • Experience orchestrating workflows with Apache Airflow or similar tools.
  • Experience with at least one of the following platforms: Digibee or APIPASS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in high-volume and mission-critical operational environments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ETL / data pipelines is a plus.
  • Experience with Git and version control is a plus.
  • Cloud knowledge is a plus.
