Description

  • Design and implement complex, large-scale technical solutions.
  • Represent the technology function in product discovery and support functional and non-functional requirements analysis.
  • Ensure business challenges are addressed using effective engineering and delivery practices.
  • Apply software engineering best practices to improve solution quality and reliability.
  • Provide technical support, mentorship, and training to raise team technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution integration and effectiveness.
  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early in project execution.
  • Promote technical innovation and keep solutions aligned with current market best practices.
  • Conduct technical reviews to assess architectural compliance and solution quality.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand project needs and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of distributed application development using core software engineering concepts, regardless of programming language.
  • Proven experience developing complex applications at scale.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript languages and frameworks such as Node, React, Angular, and Vue.
  • Proven experience with cloud-based architecture.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others.
  • Experience with product discovery processes (preferred).
  • Experience building and distributing browser addons/plugins for modern browsers such as Google Chrome and Firefox (preferred).
