Description

  • Execute and validate artifacts generated in knowledge extraction and transformation workflows.
  • Identify and correct issues in structured artifacts such as null fields, inconsistent references, and incorrect statuses.
  • Create and maintain agent behavior definitions, including instruction files and system prompts, across each step of the workflow.
  • Write Python scripts for data transformation, YAML normalization, and artifact validation.
  • Support teams in verifying and validating assets generated by agents and pipelines.
  • Review AI-generated PRDs, epics, and requirements documents using structured review checklists.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including READMEs, CLAUDE.md entries, and skill references.
  • Diagnose systemic failures in automated pipelines and trace errors back to the root cause in the generator or schema.
  • Design new pipeline steps with clearly defined input and output contracts.
  • Evaluate generated artifacts semantically to ensure they match the source, not just the structure.
  • Guide and mentor team members in the use of AI tools and workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong Python scripting and data-processing experience, including PyYAML, argparse, pathlib, json, and pytest.
  • Hands-on experience working with structured data formats such as YAML, JSON, and Markdown.
  • Experience with spec-driven development.
  • Strong Git practices, including branching, PR review, and semantic commits.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, for collaboration with a distributed team and client.
  • Consistent daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
  • Experience consuming LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and slash-command or prompt-based operational interfaces.
  • Critical evaluation skills for AI-generated outputs.
  • Senior-level ability to diagnose failures in automated pipelines and resolve root causes in a data-agnostic way.
  • Experience designing pipeline steps with well-defined input/output contracts.
  • Ability to assess the semantic fidelity of generated artifacts against source material.
  • Ability to guide and support teammates in AI tool usage and workflow practices.
  • Experience designing instructions for AI agents, structured system prompts, or skill definitions (preferred).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps work items, epics, and REST write APIs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Gherkin/BDD for generating and reviewing test cases (preferred).
  • Familiarity with automotive patterns such as STAR XML and OEM messaging via SOAP/REST (preferred).
  • Ability to read C# codebases to navigate interface contracts (preferred).
