Description

  • Develop backend services in Java 11 or higher using Spring Boot.
  • Build and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and preferably contract tests.
  • Work with PostgreSQL, including data modeling, query optimization, and best practices for data access.
  • Use AWS services to support backend applications, including managed databases, queues, messaging, and monitoring.
  • Support technical leadership by helping define standards, best practices, and guidance for other developers.
  • Help ensure deployments are fast, stable, secure, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with the client to understand business goals and propose aligned technical solutions.
  • Work in an agile team environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the team to maintain constructive feedback and shared problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Experience developing backend solutions in Java 11 or higher.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
  • Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration tests, and preferably contract tests.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and optimized queries.
  • Experience working with AWS services in backend environments.
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and stay focused on quality in challenging environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience acting as a technical partner to clients and aligning solutions with business strategy is valued.
  • Remote/home office availability, with in-person office attendance required for candidates living in the Campinas Metropolitan Region.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is not specified in the posting.
