Description

  • Design, build, and maintain executive, managerial, and operational dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Create visually consistent and user-friendly data visualizations that reduce cognitive load and improve decision-making.
  • Translate and monitor financial KPIs such as revenue, margin, delinquency, risk, forecast, and budget vs. actual.
  • Proactively identify anomalies, deviations, and root causes in financial and operational data.
  • Ensure governance, traceability, consistency, validation, and auditing of dashboard data.
  • Optimize queries and dashboards for performance and scalability with large financial and transaction datasets.
  • Automate manual reporting and build self-service analytics solutions for business users.
  • Use Databricks connected to databases for data access and consumption, applying SQL and data modeling to structure visualizations.
  • Develop robust solutions in Power BI with KPI standardization and reusable components.
  • Communicate directly with finance and executive stakeholders to gather needs, present results, and translate business requirements into visualization solutions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience developing executive dashboards and data visualizations with strong Power BI expertise.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills for accessing, exploring, and validating information in analytical environments.
  • Experience using Databricks for data access and consumption connected to databases.
  • Knowledge of financial KPIs, including revenue, margin, delinquency, risk, forecast, and budget vs. actual.
  • Analytical ability to detect anomalies, deviations, and root causes in financial and operational data.
  • Senior profile with high autonomy, consultative posture, and ability to interact directly with executive leadership.
  • Intermediate or advanced English, equivalent to B2 level or higher.
  • Portfolio of dashboards demonstrating business impact, with sensitive data and client names properly hidden, preferred.
  • Knowledge of Tableau and/or Looker as complementary visualization tools, preferred.
  • Experience with report automation and self-service analytics solutions, preferred.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance topics such as LGPD, access control, and sensitive data handling in financial services, preferred.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data in financial transactions, payment methods, or acquiring, preferred.
  • Certifications in BI tools or related data areas, preferred.
  • Experience applying GenAI to dashboards and analytics for insight generation, summarization, and natural language interaction, preferred.
