Description

  • Lead the squad technically and mentor the engineering team in engineering best practices and observability.
  • Discuss architecture solutions with the team and the client.
  • Lead the development of microservices using .NET Core/C# and Hexagonal Architecture.
  • Ensure stability and performance of critical back-end systems.
  • Support incident resolution and troubleshooting using APM tools such as Dynatrace.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure unit test coverage of at least 85% in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure smooth integration of microservices with third-party systems.
  • Implement AI accelerators within the solution as part of the technical scope.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with CI&T Flow / Squad Turing or other AI agent orchestration platforms.
  • Strong experience with .NET Core (C#) and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Oracle databases (PL/SQL) and SQL Server.
  • Experience with messaging and queueing technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of observability tools such as Dynatrace and Kibana.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments.
  • Preferred: experience with Hexagonal Architecture and design patterns such as DDD and SOLID.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Python and Node.js for legacy code reading and migration.
  • Preferred: experience in financial and banking contexts.
  • Preferred: knowledge of AWS.
