Description

  • Orchestrate the pre-sales team and manage a pipeline of multiple proposals to meet internal deadlines.
  • Evaluate incoming opportunities with the technical team and help shape technical and commercial proposals.
  • Work with architects to assess delivery feasibility, operational risks, and delivery profitability.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for business and operations leaders to resolve prioritization conflicts and align expectations.
  • Lead proposal presentations and defenses, including in-person meetings with clients, to explain delivery strategy and CI&T’s differentiators.
  • Support strategic alignment for opportunities that use AI agents to generate efficiency and business value.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to define proposal scope, delivery approach, and value proposition.
  • Manage multiple complex demands and navigate the organization to unblock issues and drive decisions.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the CI&T ecosystem and the New SDLC sales model.
  • Experience managing complex delivery projects, especially with the effective use of AI agents to accelerate delivery.
  • Experience with product development, POC, MVP, and value decomposition.
  • Knowledge of estimations using Points and BCP (Business Complexity Points).
  • Experience defining non-functional activities and using Flow to map effort in proposals.
  • Experience with fixed-scope engagements, productivity management, and delivery evolution.
  • Knowledge of CI&T’s economic model and how to manage it.
  • Strong background in software development and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI and productivity tools for process optimization.
  • Ability to travel as needed for proposal defenses and in-person meetings.
  • Residency in the Campinas/SP metropolitan region for in-person meetings, if applicable under local attendance policy.
