Description

  • Map architecture and engineering gaps across the institution and create measurable improvement plans.
  • Act as an advisor and promoter of architecture and engineering best practices to support agile transformation.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of practices and directives defined with senior leadership.
  • Lead technical challenge discussions with the client in PDCA cycles using metrics.
  • Co-create program roadmaps and success indicators with other leaders.
  • Identify technology evolution opportunities and drive studies and benchmarks to choose the best strategy.
  • Develop AI agents to improve the strategic front, AI SDLC, and reusable components.
  • Align the designed technical vision with operational reality within the institution.
  • Create and manage the project technical roadmap, including technical dependencies.
  • Orchestrate and integrate solutions while making trade-offs based on technical indicators.

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud providers, specifically AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Experience in reliability-managed environments, preferably in banking.
  • Experience in DevOps / GitOps environments.
  • Technical knowledge of AWS solutions and multicloud strategy.
  • Experience in high-scale, mission-critical environments.
  • Ability to work in agile methodologies.
  • Experience in banking environments (preferred).
  • Experience with AI agent and LLM frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or LangChain (preferred).
  • Experience with vector databases and embeddings (preferred).
  • Experience in digital transformation and large-scale modernization projects (preferred).
  • Knowledge of incremental migration strategies such as the Strangler Fig Pattern (preferred).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, especially EKS (preferred).
  • Experience in highly regulated or mission-critical systems (preferred).
