Description

  • Design and implement multi-agent architectures for complex customer service workflows, including orchestrator and specialized agents.
  • Architect and develop advanced RAG systems using vector databases and embedding models.
  • Define communication protocols and standardized interfaces for API consumption between agents and external systems.
  • Contribute to the long-term AI roadmap and defend technical solutions to leadership with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Monitor and optimize model performance using telemetry and feedback to improve security, reliability, and user experience.
  • Serve as the technical focal point and trusted advisor for the client, promoting technology strategy and business impact.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to AI hallucinations, token costs, and information security.
  • Design, structure, and hire high-performing teams.
  • Mentor architects and engineers and support technical succession planning.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in backend engineering applied specifically to AI agents.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-agent design principles, prompt chaining, and customer service automation.
  • Experience with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Prior experience in architecture leadership roles with proven technical negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: proven hands-on implementation of multi-agent systems.
  • Preferred: ability to build and maintain robust AI infrastructure in production-scale environments.
  • Preferred: knowledge of internal tool development to support AI/ML teams and improve user interaction.
  • Strong preference for candidates based in the São Paulo or Campinas region.
  • Candidates in the Campinas metropolitan region must attend the office according to current attendance policy.
  • Possible occasional on-site presence at client locations.
