Description

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automated tests using Cypress and JavaScript.
  • Execute exploratory manual testing for new features while ensuring automated regression coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects with clear technical detail and support developers in reproducing and fixing issues.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Grooming to ensure quality is addressed from day one.
  • Configure and monitor automated test execution within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams throughout story conception and delivery to safeguard product stability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in software testing (QA) and quality assurance.
  • Advanced JavaScript knowledge for writing clean, modular, and reusable automation code.
  • Advanced Cypress experience, including Custom Commands, API interception, Page Objects, or App Actions.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Repos, and Pipelines.
  • Experience with Git and Gitflow.
  • Intermediate to advanced English for technical reading and meeting participation.
  • Experience working in agile environments is implied by the role's focus on Sprint Planning and Grooming.
  • Willingness to support a quality-focused, technical role with CI/CD and automation responsibilities.
  • Candidate living in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas must follow the office attendance policy, if applicable.
