Description

  • Create user interface screens and prototypes in Figma.
  • Help define user journeys, wireframes, and end-to-end navigation flows.
  • Translate product requirements and user needs into clear wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Conduct or facilitate user research and use insights to shape design decisions.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive UI screens for multiple devices and platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs.
  • Communicate design decisions, rationale, and usage guidance to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and design with reusable components, patterns, and design system elements.
  • Work within deadlines, manage multiple design tasks, and deliver high-quality design artifacts on time.
  • Evaluate UX metrics such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to inform design improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, styles, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and handoff to development.
  • Experience conducting or facilitating user research and defining user journeys based on insights, personas, and scenarios.
  • Proven ability to design intuitive, accessible, and responsive UI screens across devices and platforms.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions and usage guidance clearly.
  • Familiarity with design systems and reusable components and patterns.
  • Strong attention to detail, with emphasis on consistency, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Basic understanding of accessibility and usability best practices, including WCAG.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum, is a plus.
  • Experience evaluating UX metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar is a plus.
  • Availability for a 6-month contract, with possible extension.
