Description

  • Work with AI tools to accelerate the design process and innovate on product designs.
  • Collaborate with Design and Product leadership to define and execute design strategy that drives MAU, retention, and monetization.
  • Create and validate design hypotheses through experimentation, including A/B testing and iterative design.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, production-ready screens, and design assets in Figma and AI design tools.
  • Design interactive prototypes to communicate user flows, behaviors, and micro-interactions.
  • Contribute to interaction design and motion concepts, including transitions and micro-interactions.
  • Support design reviews by tightening visuals, clarifying interactions, and elevating overall quality.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, clear, and well-documented.
  • Help maintain and evolve the design system through thoughtful application and feedback.
  • Ship experiments and features end-to-end using AI tools and workflows.

Requirements

  • Around 5 years of product design experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, interaction design, attention to detail, and AI usage.
  • Mobile-first design experience, including iOS and Android.
  • Deep hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Claude Code, Figma AI, Google Stitch, Lovable, or V0.
  • Strong visual design skills with care for typography, layout, hierarchy, and polish.
  • Expertise in Figma, including components, Figma AI, auto layout, variants, and prototyping.
  • Solid foundation in interaction design and user-centered thinking.
  • A curious mindset and excitement to learn, grow, and develop craft through collaboration and feedback.
  • Ability to move fluidly between projects and adapt to different problem spaces.
  • Comfort with feedback, collaboration, and working with other designers.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive about improving quality.
  • Familiarity with building or contributing to design systems is a plus.
