Description

  • Participate in discovery sessions, technical refinements, and mobile architecture definition.
  • Develop and evolve Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Maintain, modernize, and improve existing legacy mobile applications.
  • Implement robust and scalable architectures such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
  • Integrate applications with REST APIs, messaging systems, and backend services.
  • Ensure quality through automated unit, instrumented, and UI tests.
  • Support observability and operations by monitoring crashes, logs, and metrics.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues.
  • Optimize application performance, including startup time, memory usage, and rendering.
  • Manage the release cycle, including build, versioning, and publication to Google Play.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Kotlin.
  • Solid native Android development experience.
  • Knowledge of concurrency using Coroutines and Flow.
  • Experience with MVVM or MVI.
  • Knowledge of app modularization.
  • Understanding of layer separation and responsibility boundaries.
  • Ability to use AI to improve development productivity, support refactoring and architecture, generate and improve tests, and assist with complex issue analysis.
  • Experience modernizing or working with legacy mobile applications is relevant.
  • Experience with automated testing for Android applications is relevant.
  • Ability to work in-person at the Campinas metropolitan area office when required by company policy.
