Description

  • Plan, organize, and track technical and strategic initiatives.
  • Apply an analytical, questioning, and metrics-driven approach to decisions.
  • Connect product needs with the best engineering choices.
  • Negotiate and interact with multiple areas of the company.
  • Lead and actively support problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Manage the technical and people aspects of the team, including allocation, engagement, feedback, team building, vacations, and time-off balances.
  • Ensure visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress.
  • Use management and monitoring tools to provide transparency to the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in transactional core banking environments, including accounts, payments, PIX, settlements, and open finance.
  • Product mindset and understanding of business metrics.
  • Experience managing people and leading development teams.
  • Knowledge of modern architecture, including APIs, gateways, microservices, containers, messaging, and event streaming.
  • Experience with .NET, Node, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering best practices, including design patterns, clean code, observability, and CI/CD.
  • Experience managing relationships with partners or stakeholders.
