Description

  • Design and architect scalable, high-performance back-end solutions that integrate multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve integration efficiency and software quality, with a focus on .NET.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and comply with reliability and security best practices.
  • Lead the creation of architectural documentation, including system diagrams, integration strategies, and SOA design patterns.
  • Work with development teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs, especially for SOAP and RESTful APIs.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide feedback throughout the development lifecycle to maintain quality and performance.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in system integration and assess their impact on projects and the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture with a strong focus on scalable back-end systems.
  • Proficiency with .NET technologies, including C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
  • Experience with SQL Server for database design.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, for deploying and managing integrated solutions.
  • Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), software design patterns, and RESTful API design.
  • Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proactive ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide development teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to ambiguity and shifting requirements.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches to software development is preferred.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies is preferred.
