Description

  • Lead a team of software developers (including members from different vendors) to work collaboratively toward common goals.
  • Facilitate Agile Kanban/Scrum practices, including organizing releases, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality software products on time, within budget, and meeting required specifications.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to improve performance and help them achieve goals.
  • Work closely with the product team and other stakeholders to ensure the team delivers business value and to manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the team's ability to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Create and foster a positive, collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, continuous improvement, transparency, and trust.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, security, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Requirements

  • Strong experience with software development and previous experience as a Scrum Squad Leader or Scrum Master.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Kanban framework.
  • Proven track record of leading software development projects and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Fluent English.
  • Based in Brazil or available to work remotely from Brazil (Homeoffice/Remote).
  • Experience managing developers from multiple vendors or distributed teams (preferred).
