Description

  • Act as the technical reference for cloud, integrations and specifications of a new mobile iOS platform.
  • Lead day-to-day technical decisions and propose scalable improvements and solutions.
  • Design, implement and operate secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments.
  • Work with microservices architectures and Kubernetes (EKS) for platform deployment and operations.
  • Manage and evolve API Management and both synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
  • Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure, traceable deployments.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Ensure complete observability (logs, metrics, alerts) and proactive monitoring of systems.
  • Support development teams by removing technical impediments and elevating engineering practices.
  • Communicate technical decisions clearly and collaboratively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with iOS, Java and React.
  • Solid experience as a Tech Lead in cloud and integrations.
  • Hands-on profile with strong technical autonomy and mature, collaborative leadership.
  • Ability to influence technical decisions and raise the technical level of the team.
  • Good communication skills and strong interpersonal relations.
  • Mindset of continuous improvement and focus on operational reliability.
  • Experience with AWS (primary) and occasional Azure.
  • Familiarity with EKS, API Management, ECS, Lambda, storage and queue services.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle and Couchbase.
  • Experience with APIs, EntraID and ForgeRock for integrations and security.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
  • Preferred: production Kubernetes experience, work in corporate/governed environments, API- and microservices-oriented architectures, AI-enabled solutions, offline-first systems, familiarity with additional cloud services/tools, and advanced data security practices.
  • Note: if residing in Região Metropolitana de Campinas, on-site presence in local offices is mandatory per company policy.
