Description

  • Collaborate with product, design, and Principal Engineers to develop and enhance applications in a spec-driven framework.
  • Orchestrate AI agents and multi-LLM workflows to generate production-ready code and automated tests.
  • Define best practices for AI-native coding, code verification, and debugging.
  • Provide technical recommendations focused on maintainability, security, and performance.
  • Develop broad solutions that create value across the ecosystem while managing technical debt.
  • Mentor Senior and II-level engineers and help foster a high-performance team culture.
  • Work with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and refine the SDD framework.
  • Ensure AI-generated solutions meet security, performance, and maintainability standards at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.
  • 8 or more years of experience in solution delivery and technical leadership.
  • Advanced mastery of GitHub Copilot Agent Mode.
  • Experience with SDD and AI-driven debugging.
  • Expert knowledge of .NET 6+ and C#.
  • Expert-level SQL skills.
  • Advanced Git experience.
  • Long-time experience with unit testing.
  • Expert knowledge of RESTful web services.
  • Advanced knowledge of messaging and queuing.
  • Experience with a front-end framework such as React.
