Description

  • Develop solutions that add value and efficiency across systems while minimizing technical debt.
  • Use AI agents and GitHub Copilot to implement .NET solutions from high-level specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, stakeholders, product, design, and data science teams to refine specifications and meet product objectives.
  • Maintain a test-first approach by ensuring AI-generated code meets functional, security, and performance requirements.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices for AI-native workflows.
  • Stay current on technology trends and product roadmaps to guide development decisions.
  • Contribute to cross-functional business processes and process continuity.
  • Support maintainability, security, performance, and quality assurance for production-ready code.
  • Participate in debugging, observability, logging, and production support practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related subject area or related business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 18 or more months of experience in Information Technology and solution delivery.
  • Understanding of the .NET stack and the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-native coding in VS Code.
  • Experience with .NET 8+ and C#.
  • Experience with SQL, Git, unit testing, and RESTful web services.
  • Experience with debugging, observability, logging, and production support practices.
  • Experience with API contract testing.
  • Preferred experience with MySQL, Postgres, and Kubernetes/Docker.
