Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise technology solutions across on-premise, cloud, application, security, and collaboration environments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide Tier 3/4 support for complex technical issues and root-cause analysis.
  • Lead technical deployments, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and hybrid platform changes with minimal operational disruption.
  • Develop and enforce technical standards, configurations, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Contribute to system architecture, technology roadmaps, and lifecycle planning.
  • Architect, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Support security controls, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and audit readiness activities.
  • Translate compliance requirements into technical controls, operational processes, and documentation such as SSPs, POA&Ms, and audit evidence.
  • Partner with business units, vendors, IT leadership, security, legal, and compliance teams to gather requirements and resolve risks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs, and mentor junior staff through coaching and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT environments.
  • Advanced experience in one or more of the following: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365/identity platforms, infrastructure, networking and security technologies, or enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex cross-platform technical issues.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Security+, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience in regulated or government-contractor environments is preferred.
  • Experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives or projects is preferred.
