Description

  • Develop integrated marketing communications strategies that turn brand priorities into cohesive campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Create messaging frameworks and campaign narratives for multi-channel execution.
  • Serve as the central connector across Brand Marketing, Digital Advertising, PR, Partnerships, Social and Influencer, E-commerce, and Creative teams.
  • Align stakeholders on campaign priorities, messaging, and execution timelines.
  • Bring external inspiration, competitive insights, and cultural signals into internal planning to elevate campaign quality and ambition.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels and platform-specific execution.
  • Connect storytelling, media, and activation across channels to support the consumer journey from awareness to engagement to trial.
  • Help establish and manage integrated marketing planning processes, including campaign kickoffs, marketing calendars, and cross-functional timelines.
  • Partner with analytics and media teams to assess campaign performance and apply learnings to future initiatives.
  • Coordinate with agency partners across media, PR, influencer, and creative to support aligned planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand communications, or marketing strategy roles.
  • Experience working across multiple marketing disciplines, including brand marketing, paid media, PR, social, influencer, partnerships, and creative.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand strategy into actionable communications plans.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating complex campaigns across multiple teams.
  • Experience working with and managing external agency partners.
  • Familiarity with paid media planning and performance metrics.
  • Experience collaborating closely with media teams is strongly preferred.
  • Prior agency experience in strategy, communications planning, integrated planning, or account leadership is a plus.
  • Strong pulse on culture, consumer trends, and the evolving media landscape, with the ability to translate emerging trends into actionable ideas.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in consumer brands or high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
