Description

  • Review completed Cantonese-English audio transcriptions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify audio segmentation and speaker labels.
  • Identify and correct transcription, segmentation, and formatting errors.
  • Ensure healthcare terminology is transcribed accurately where applicable.
  • Apply project guidelines consistently to maintain quality standards.
  • Escalate unclear or complex cases and communicate with the Project Manager for clarification.
  • Complete assigned batches within the project timeline.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken Cantonese with the ability to read and write Traditional Chinese.
  • Familiarity with the Hong Kong Cantonese accent and Cantonese-English code-switching.
  • Fluent English for project communication and understanding project guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify transcription and segmentation errors.
  • Familiarity with a Cantonese Jyutping keyboard.
  • Ability to follow detailed project guidelines consistently.
  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
  • Mandatory onboarding training during office hours in GMT+8.
  • Experience reviewing transcriptions, subtitles, or language content is preferred.
  • Healthcare, transcription, quality control, data annotation, localization, or AI language experience is advantageous.
