Description

  • Define Checker’s category, messaging, terminology, and company-wide positioning.
  • Build and manage a monthly content and artifact engine, including research, explainers, webinars, posts, and sales assets.
  • Develop account-based marketing programs for regional named accounts across Africa, Latin America, Brazil, and Europe.
  • Own account scoring, campaign sequencing, enterprise campaigns, gifting, and executive programs.
  • Manage partner and network marketing through joint announcements, content, events, and partner programs.
  • Own the events calendar, field marketing programs, conference activations, and event ROI measurement.
  • Create sales enablement materials, including decks, talk tracks, objection cards, implementation guides, and customer stories.
  • Coordinate marketing planning across engineering, product, sales, and leadership to support launches.
  • Manage PR, communications, earned media, and external agencies.
  • Start as an individual contributor, use freelancers and agencies, and build the marketing team as the function grows.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, including meaningful experience in LATAM fintech, payments, or adjacent infrastructure.
  • Experience developing strategy from first principles and independently launching programs before scaling them.
  • Ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on marketer, including writing copy, briefing designers, and building campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing and how marketing supports enterprise sales; ability to set KPIs and own outcomes.
  • Ability to translate stablecoins, on-chain payments, APIs, and compliance concepts into clear executive- and product-level value propositions.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish; Portuguese is strongly preferred.
  • Strong writing skills for multilingual and regional localization.
  • Practical fluency with CRM and marketing automation, analytics, and AI content or translation workflows.
  • Availability for reliable daily overlap with US Eastern time; Africa, Europe, or Latin America time zones preferred.
