Description

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails with confidence and accuracy.
  • Complete and submit paperwork required to finalize vehicle sales or leases, including financing documents.
  • Maintain detailed records for each sale, including contact reports, quotes, specifications, sales orders, and expense reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the trucking industry, used equipment, features, accessories, and product benefits.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is submitted for financing and credit approval applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory and ownership documents for used trucks.
  • Collaborate with the Department of Transportation to support smooth sales transfers and documentation management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to hold technical conversations about truck sales.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face, by telephone, and through cold calls.
  • Strong computer skills, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Interest in or knowledge of the trucking industry is an asset.
