Description

  • Manage analytics deliverables across the full engagement lifecycle, including scoping, analysis, project management, and presentation of results.
  • Develop and deliver research, measurement, analytics, and insights that support client media strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance across YouTube, social, and digital platforms to identify effectiveness, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and client-ready narratives.
  • Build and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, mid-campaign, and wrap-up reports using visualization and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with account management, media, strategy, investment, and content teams to improve planning, buying, and optimization decisions.
  • Apply brand suitability and contextual targeting methodologies to improve media efficiency and brand safety.
  • Monitor industry trends, measurement advancements, and emerging ad tech solutions to inform client work and internal innovation.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and subject matter expertise on analytics, research methodologies, and measurement.
  • Mentor junior team members and support additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing or media analytics across online and offline channels.
  • 3+ years of agency experience or experience in a management consulting firm.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and storytelling tools such as Datorama, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or Metabase.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, programmatic media, and ad/martech ecosystems.
  • Experience with ad servers and exchanges such as Google/DoubleClick, The Trade Desk, and Innovid.
  • Experience with programmatic media components such as DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, and data lakes.
  • Experience with digital and social analytics tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Adobe, and Comscore.
  • Ability to measure direct response and brand awareness campaigns across the marketing funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with brand safety, contextual targeting, and performance-based advertising is a plus.
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as MMM, attribution modeling, or A/B testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ad verification and measurement partners such as IAS, MOAT, or Nielsen is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics IQ, Adobe Digital Analyst, or IAB Digital Data Solutions are a plus.
  • Ability to travel at least 15% of the year.
  • Agency/client service or consulting background is required.
