Description

  • Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard Images across customer organizations.
  • Partner with account teams to understand customer goals, pain points, and solution plans.
  • Support account-level strategies that drive value realization, retention, and growth.
  • Test, document, and validate Chainguard Images to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
  • Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices and lessons learned internally.
  • Collaborate with, teach, and learn from cross-functional Chainguard teams.
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for customers during implementation and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
  • 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including engineers and executives.
  • Strong working knowledge of software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Must be located in the Pacific Time Zone.
