Description

  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for enterprise customers.
  • Lead customer engagements across onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to create success plans aligned to goals, requirements, and challenges.
  • Advocate for customer needs across internal teams and influence actions that support customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Build hands-on product knowledge and stay current on features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Work with customers and the education team to deliver training on product features, security principles, and best practices.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders from technical teams to CISOs.
  • Partner with sales to drive renewals, expansions, and churn reduction.
  • Support business value realization and help customers demonstrate internal value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
  • Domain knowledge in one or more of: Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or SDLC.
  • Ability to own a customer portfolio autonomously and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience de-risking and de-escalating customer issues and conflicts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build new processes or practices.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Preferred: previous early-stage startup experience.
  • Preferred: hands-on technical experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Linux, containers, or related security domains.
