Description

  • Architect, design, and guide implementation of Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain protocols tailored for AI-driven workloads.
  • Define the technical roadmap and ensure architectural alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and architectural blueprints.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams building EVM-compatible and non-EVM blockchain platforms.
  • Ensure enterprise-grade security, scalability, and fault tolerance across blockchain and AI pipelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews to enforce quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Guide integration and interaction between blockchain platforms and advanced AI/ML models and workloads.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, standards, and implementation practices to maintain platform relevance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience and 5+ years of blockchain architecture and engineering experience.
  • Proven experience designing and architecting Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols with contributions to blockchain projects.
  • Mastery of low-level protocol programming in Golang, Rust, and/or C++.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: consensus algorithms, peer-to-peer networking, node operation, and state management.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, and secure protocol design.
  • Extensive experience with EVM-compatible blockchains including writing, auditing, and deploying smart contracts.
  • Hands-on experience with non-EVM chains such as Solana and Cosmos.
  • Practical experience with decentralized storage (IPFS), oracle services, and cross-chain bridges.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks, deep learning or LLMs and their integration with blockchain execution environments.
  • Familiarity with Node.js and Python for supporting services, plus strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Demonstrated ability to design for scalability and performance in production-grade blockchain environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; additional certifications or research contributions in blockchain, distributed systems, or AI are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and enforce technical excellence.
