Description

  • Build real features, prototypes, and demos using modern AI coding tools and agents.
  • Turn ideas into working demos quickly and help evolve them into reliable, scalable, production-ready software.
  • Learn to direct, evaluate, and control AI coding agents to increase engineering output.
  • Work closely with founders and senior engineers across product, engineering, and strategy.
  • Explore new AI development workflows and help the team move faster.
  • Contribute to a fast-moving product environment where experimentation, speed, and quality all matter.
  • Participate in building products across the ChainGPT ecosystem.
  • Learn how the company is built from the inside while contributing meaningful work from day one.

Requirements

  • Regularly build with AI tools and be able to show examples of what you have made.
  • Have a portfolio of projects, repos, demos, prototypes, or technical experiments.
  • Be excited about tools like Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, AI agents, and agentic development workflows.
  • Learn by building and ship consistently.
  • Have strong technical curiosity and the ability to figure things out independently.
  • Care more about output and learning speed than titles or credentials.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with real responsibility.
  • Experience creating content, demos, or tutorials around AI or software development is a plus.
  • Experience starting something of your own or having a deeply interesting side project is a plus.
  • Interest in AI infrastructure, enterprise AI, governance, or agentic systems is a plus.
