Description

  • Build real features, prototypes, and demos using modern AI coding tools and agents.
  • Turn ideas into working demos quickly and help evolve them toward reliable, scalable, production-ready software.
  • Learn to direct, evaluate, and control AI coding agents to increase engineering output.
  • Work closely with founders and senior engineers across product, engineering, and strategy.
  • Explore new AI development workflows and help the team move faster.
  • Contribute to a fast-moving product where experimentation, speed, and quality both matter.

Requirements

  • Regularly build with AI tools and be able to show examples of your work.
  • Have examples of projects, repositories, demos, prototypes, or technical experiments.
  • Be excited about tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, AI agents, and agentic development workflows.
  • Learn by building and ship frequently.
  • Have strong technical curiosity and the ability to figure things out independently.
  • Care more about output and learning speed than titles or credentials.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with real responsibility.
  • Preferred: Have created content, demos, or tutorials related to AI or software development.
  • Preferred: Have tried to start something of your own or have a side project you care deeply about.
  • Preferred: Have experimented with AI agents, coding workflows, automations, or developer tools.
  • Preferred: Be interested in AI infrastructure, enterprise AI, governance, or agentic systems.
