Description

  • Build real features, prototypes, and demos using modern AI coding tools and agents.
  • Turn ideas into working demos quickly and help harden them into reliable, scalable, production-ready systems.
  • Direct, evaluate, and control AI coding agents to increase engineering output.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and senior engineers across product, engineering, and strategy.
  • Explore and help define new AI development workflows that improve team speed.
  • Contribute to a fast-moving product environment where experimentation, speed, and quality all matter.

Requirements

  • Build regularly with AI tools and be able to show examples of what you have made.
  • Have projects, repositories, demos, prototypes, or technical experiments to share.
  • Be excited about tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, AI agents, and agentic development workflows.
  • Learn by building and ship consistently.
  • Have strong technical curiosity and the ability to figure things out independently.
  • Care more about output and learning speed than titles or credentials.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with real responsibility.
  • Bonus: have created content, demos, or tutorials about AI or software development.
  • Bonus: have tried to start something of your own or have a side project you care deeply about.
  • Bonus: have experience experimenting with AI agents, coding workflows, automations, or developer tools.
  • Bonus: be interested in AI infrastructure, enterprise AI, governance, or agentic systems.
