Description

  • Serve as the device specialist during surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and products are available in hospitals.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide customer service and education to clinical users.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to technical inquiries from customers and colleagues.
  • Train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters related to the system.
  • Maintain working knowledge of competitor products.
  • Manage personal expenses and budget effectively.
  • Follow work and quality procedures to ensure compliance and high-quality work.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.
  • Travel within the U.S. as required for field-based support.

Requirements

  • Associate degree with at least 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience.
  • Preferably a degree in a health-care related field.
  • Proven experience with DBS (Deep Brain Stimulators) is highly preferred.
  • Experience as a scrub technician, RN, or in medical device sales or clinical support.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in neurosurgery.
  • Operating room experience with knowledge of sterile protocols is required.
  • Prior experience with image-guided systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with hospital medical staff.
  • Bilingual English and Korean is a plus.
