Description

  • Own a product track end to end, including strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery, and outcomes.
  • Conduct customer interviews, analyze support insights and behavioral data, and assess competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Prioritize investments based on business impact and communicate trade-offs.
  • Partner with design and engineering to define requirements, deliver incremental improvements, and maintain quality, stability, and security.
  • Design experiments, establish hypotheses and success metrics, run A/B tests, and act on results.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, track funnel performance, and report progress, risks, and learnings to product leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, data teams, and airSlate’s sibling products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a self-serve SaaS product or significant product area end to end.
  • Demonstrated measurable outcomes in conversion, activation, retention, or ARPU.
  • Strong experience designing, sizing, and interpreting A/B tests.
  • Ability to define metrics, use BI tools, read or write SQL, and independently test hypotheses.
  • Experience conducting customer discovery and translating feedback into actionable problem statements.
  • Experience with product-led growth and high-volume self-serve funnels, including paid acquisition, trials or freemium, activation, and monetization.
  • Experience shipping AI features into real user workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and bring structure to complex problems.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve personal productivity.
  • Experience in documents, workflow automation, e-signature, fintech, HR tech, or legal tech is preferred.
  • Experience serving SMB or prosumer customers is preferred.
  • Professional English proficiency at B2–C1 or above; Polish proficiency at B1–B2 is a plus.
