Sales and Business Development

Description

  • Manage existing client and partner relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate and lead advertising-like campaigns, including preparation, launch, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos both online and in person.
  • Communicate and coordinate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and qualify a pipeline of leads and develop new business opportunities.
  • Take ownership of strategic, value-added relationships and partnerships aligned with the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience in enterprise SaaS or blockchain.
  • Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities.
  • Ability to find new sources of opportunities, including channels like Discord and Telegram.
  • Ability to quickly understand and pitch new products and technology with a focus on value proposition.
  • Naturally curious with an eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to take ownership and execute strategic relationships and partnerships aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable failing fast and taking responsibility when mistakes happen.
  • Financial, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto industry experience is a plus.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency, DeFi, or blockchain is a plus.
