Description

Manage the delivery and operational execution of CertiK’s KYC badge product.
Conduct behavioral interviews with project team members to assess risks and identify discrepancies.
Perform thorough investigations using open-source intelligence (OSINT) and limited available data.
Evaluate project teams for quality, transparency, and risk factors to support badge decisions.
Document findings clearly and provide evidence to support each KYC badge outcome.
Communicate with client teams about KYC badge status, requirements, and next steps.
Assist customers in submitting identification documents and verify them through internal systems.
Provide excellent customer service to clients undergoing the KYC process.
Create content and thought leadership related to KYC and investigations in Web3.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in investigations, KYC, or a related field.
Proven experience conducting complex behavioral interviews.
Experience performing OSINT investigations.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Web3 social media platforms, especially X/Twitter.
Understanding of KYC regulations, AML/CFT laws, and compliance standards.
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Passionate about crypto and eager to learn about new projects.

Target annual salary range: $60,000 - $100,000 (final offer based on experience).
