Description

  • Manage the delivery and operational execution of CertiK’s KYC badge product.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews with project team members to assess risks and identify discrepancies.
  • Perform thorough investigations using open-source intelligence (OSINT) and limited available data.
  • Evaluate project teams for quality, transparency, and risk factors to support badge decisions.
  • Document findings clearly and provide evidence to support each KYC badge outcome.
  • Communicate with client teams about KYC badge status, requirements, and next steps.
  • Assist customers in submitting identification documents and verify them through internal systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients undergoing the KYC process.
  • Create content and thought leadership related to KYC and investigations in Web3.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in investigations, KYC, or a related field.
  • Proven experience conducting complex behavioral interviews.
  • Experience performing OSINT investigations.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Web3 social media platforms, especially X/Twitter.
  • Understanding of KYC regulations, AML/CFT laws, and compliance standards.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passionate about crypto and eager to learn about new projects.
