Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming IT support requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1 issues such as password resets, VPN connectivity, email configuration, and basic hardware problems.
  • Assist with physical inventory, setup, and deployment of laptops, monitors, and other end-user peripherals.
  • Create and maintain FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and other documentation for the IT knowledge base.
  • Support user self-service by improving help articles and reducing ticket volume.
  • Triage more complex technical issues and escalate them to senior IT staff.
  • Work closely with the senior team to maintain IT assets and day-to-day support operations.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate technical steps clearly to non-technical users.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in an IT infrastructure environment.
