Description

  • Lead operational workstream components of implementation and onboarding for new client partners across Credentialing and Monitoring services.
  • Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and learn to use the CertifyOS platform.
  • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Act as the main liaison between Implementation and Operations teams at CertifyOS.
  • Collaborate with internal and external operations, product, and engineering teams.
  • Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live.
  • Develop a deep understanding of US healthcare provider credentialing, monitoring, and provider data management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience overall.
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, strategy and operations, or management consulting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of US Healthcare Provider Credentialing and Monitoring, and Provider Data Management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com is preferred.
