Description

  • Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives and aligning Certify’s solutions to client goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and deliver timely, effective support.
  • Lead complex client projects and ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Proactively identify at-risk clients, reduce churn, and uncover account expansion opportunities.
  • Develop deep product expertise to help clients maximize value from the platform.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product enhancements and prioritize client needs with product and development teams.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and client resources to support adoption and success.
  • Track key operational and performance metrics and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, implementation, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless client journey and successful expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or a related role, preferably with enterprise clients.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives and managing resources in high-pressure settings.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts while maintaining exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic growth decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience leading client-facing training or webinars.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working effectively across cross-functional teams.
