Description

  • Manage, secure, and optimise the organisation's IT infrastructure.
  • Develop and support cloud environments, especially Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Provide local end-user discovery, support, and training on more efficient technology use.
  • Maintain strong operational documentation and ensure documented processes are followed.
  • Deliver high-quality customer outcomes through every support interaction.
  • Build positive, approachable relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Work across technologies including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VOIP solutions, and related systems.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in system administration or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Relevant certifications in system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity (e.g. Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar).
  • Proficiency in security best practices, networking, and troubleshooting complex environments.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn new things.
  • A positive, collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check required.
